You should not have to fill in a form to find out what something costs. Here is the full list. The only thing that changes it is you needing more days than the course allows, and we would tell you that before you booked rather than after.
The licence gets you hired. The tickets get you picked.
Two drivers apply for the same job with the same Class 1 licence. One of them also holds ADR and a forklift ticket. That is not a close call for the transport manager doing the hiring. These are quoted rather than listed, because the honest number depends on group size, how many days you need and whether we come to you.
ADR, dangerous goods
Tankers, packages, chemicals and fuel. It pays well precisely because not everybody holds it.
Transport Manager CPC
The qualification an operator licence legally requires somebody in the business to hold.
Forklift training
Counterbalance and reach. What warehouses, builders merchants and distribution centres ask for.
First aid
Workplace first aid for drivers, yard staff and office teams. Usually the cheapest line on a compliance audit.
Driver CPC
Initial Modules 2 and 4, and the 35 periodic hours. Uploaded to DVSA within 48 hours.
D4 driver medical
Done here rather than farmed out to a clinic you have to chase. Usually inside the week.

Passing is the halfway point. Our trainers still drive commercially, which keeps them talking to the people who do the hiring, and that is worth more to you than any certificate on our wall.

Most new drivers start between £30,000 and £40,000, with nights out and overtime on top.
To be clear about what this is. We arrange the interview. We do not guarantee the job, because no honest training centre can, and anybody telling you otherwise is selling you something. What we will not do is hand you a list of job boards and wish you luck.

Most training centres are staffed by people who stopped driving years ago. Ours have not stopped, and it matters more than it sounds.

What people ask first
Do I need any experience to start?
None. Most of our learners have only ever driven a car. If you hold a full UK car licence and you are 18 or over, you can begin.
What is actually included in the price?
The training days listed and your DVSA practical test day, with two learners per vehicle rather than three or four. Your D4 medical and the DVLA paperwork are handled here rather than left to you.
How long does the whole thing take?
Around six weeks for Category C, and around four for C1 or D1. Two weeks for the provisional entitlement to come back after your medical, then your training block and test. DVSA test availability is the main variable and we will give you our honest read on it.
I have not driven a lorry in years. Do I need to start again?
Almost certainly not. If the entitlement is still on your licence you need practice, not a new licence. Our refresher training covers exactly that, from half a day upward.
Will I get a job at the end of it?
We arrange interviews as soon as you pass, with operators we already work with. What we will not do is promise you the job itself, because the interview is yours to win and anybody guaranteeing an outcome is selling you something.
Can you train my whole team?
Yes. Licences, Driver CPC, first aid and medicals on one account and one invoice, at our centre or at your depot from six delegates. Send us your renewal dates and we will come back with a calendar.
